Justyatra Club membership is a quick and easy way to manage your cash back and refunds with Just-Yatra. Now you’ll earn cash back of up to 30% of the transaction value of hotel bookings and up to 5 % of the transaction value of flight bookings made with us. You can deposit your flight and hotel refunds in Justyatra Club membership and earn more.
What are the benefits of using Justyatra Club membership?
When you cancel a booking, it may take 5-7 working days before the refund amount is credited back to your bank account. In the case of an immediate rebooking, this means that you cannot use the same amount for your rebooking (i.e. you would have to spend an additional amount, and wait for the original amount paid, to reflect in your account as cash back). With Justyatra Club membership the refund amount is available to you instantly, thus enabling you to make new bookings without any wait. In addition to this, all your loyalty points that you had earned or will earn while making bookings would be part of your Justyatra Club membership.

In case the booking amount is greater than the amount that you have in your Justyatra Club membership, you can pay the balance amount via regular payment options such as credit/debit card or net banking.
Is there any expiry to the refund or cash back present in Justyatra Club membership?
Loyalty Justyatra Club membership that you earn when you book a hotel or flight expires one year from the date of travel. But the refund to Justyatra Club membership doesn’t expire ever.

Terms and Conditions
· Justyatra Club membership is the instrument to deposit money in your Justyatra account as a prepaid balance, and can be used only for bookings on Justyatra.com.
· The cash back that you earn while booking on Justyatra will also be part of your Justyatra Club membership account.
· The Justyatra Club membership amount doesn’t bear interest, and is non-refundable (subject to the relevant RBI guidelines), and can be used only for domestic flight and hotel bookings.
· The cash back that you earn when you book with Justyatra will expire after one year from the date of travel or the date of hotel check in. In case you cancel the booking, the cash back points would be reversed.
· In case of cancellation of bookings made through Justyatra Club membership, the refunds if any after deducting cancellation charges will be processed into the Justyatra Club membership account. For bookings made using Justyatra Club membership and cash, in case of cancellation, the refunds would be adjusted in your Justyatra Club membership account first and then in your credit/debit/net banking account from which the transaction was made.
· Justyatra.com has the sole discretion for rewarding the Justyatra Club membership user with promotional offers or points, monitoring and temporarily suspending the Justyatra Club membership account, in case of any chargeback’s or similar issues, etc.

When can I take my first JYT CLUB CARD?
Your membership fee payable to Justyatra comprises of a non-refundable Admission Fee (AF) and an Entitlements Fee (EF). An application for membership is recognized or gains admission to Justyatra on realization of 15% of the admission fee.

How do I gift my JYT CLUB CARD to my friend?
If you do not plan to holiday in a particular year, you can gift / rent your weeks / days. This privilege is subject to payment of guest fees / charges and such terms and conditions as may be specified by JYT from time to time. Your immediate family members – parents, spouse and children (up to 25 years of age) are excluded from the payment of guest fees / charges. However it is expressly understood that JYTCC does not undertake to rent out the Week or any portion thereof. The authorized person in whose favor confirmation voucher is issued shall produce the proof of identity on request from JYTCC.

What is the Annual Subscription Fee and when do I pay it?
Your Annual Subscription Fee (ASF) is used to maintain the resorts and all its amenities and to provide timely services and better interaction to you so that you can better enjoy your holiday. Irrespective of usage of your entitlement, your first ASF is due on your Holiday Start Date. The ASF may be revised from time to time based on Consumer Price Index / Wholesale Price Index. The ASF is subject to Service Tax as applicable.
(You can now use the convenient online payment facility (website / IVRS) to pay your ASF. Remember to keep your ASF payments up to date if you wish to holiday. If you wish to advance your holiday entitlements, remember you will need to pay your ASF upfront).
What documents should I carry with me when checking in?
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will get a confirmation voucher and a fact finder link of the resort that you will be holidaying at through email. Furnishing the confirmation voucher, your membership card and photo identity card is a must at the time of check in.

Note: It is advisable to carry the fact finder with you. It contains all the relevant information from how to get there, to which facilities and activities you can avail of once you reach.
Are pets allowed at the resorts?

When making requests, the more options of resorts and dates you give, the more chances you have of receiving an early confirmation. Tell us if you can accept a lower occupancy than that of the unit you own — this increased flexibility will give you extra choice. You can request dates which are in the same or lower time band than the Week(s) you have deposited.
Receive confirmation
Subject to availability, exchanges booked by credit card are confirmed immediately, but if you wish to pay by demand draft OR CHEQUE, your request will be processed on receipt of the payment. We issue separate written confirmations for each Vacation Week confirmed. Information on the resort, including check-in times, how to reach the resort, accommodation and area details, is also provided. Please ensure that you receive confirmation of your Exchange Vacation before you book your airline tickets or make any other travel arrangements. If you do not own a specific Week at a particular resort, but rather a Week in a specified time band within one resort or across multiple resorts owned by your resort developer, you have what we call FLOATING TIME.
